The short version

Fifteen years of internet, one comeback

Fousey started on YouTube in 2011 with prank and comedy videos. FouseyTUBE crossed 10.3 million subscribers; a second channel, DOSEofFOUSEY, brought another 3.5 million. Streamy Awards: Show of the Year (2015) and Entertainer of the Year (2016) marked the peak of an era.

Then came the public fall: mental health, addiction, and a breakdown the internet watched in real time. The rebuild took years and happened mostly off-camera. Sobriety, therapy, and the gym, every single day. G7 Mindset was born out of the discipline of showing up when no one was watching.

On October 18, 2025, he stepped on stage at the Northern California National Championship and took 1st Place in Men's Physique, Open Tall Class. Natural, no shortcuts. Today he runs G7 Mindset full-time, with coaching, programs, and a training app on Playbook.
